Search engine show "Index Of" and not website

I made some changes to a clients website and reloaded previously when I typed in the name of the company under the it appears but for some reason after I reloaded it it gave an "Index of". Page why is that?I habe not changed anything

most likely you either do not have an index.html or index.htm in the root folder.

look at the file listing at the website.

I've check there is index. htm as you've mentioned in the root folder, it has been there since the start of the design of the website, this is the message i received, please help
