unable to download web design templates

Well, quite a while ago I'd been able to download web design templates for Xara but can't figure out how to do it now or how to find the designs I'd downloaded before.

I'd even created a website using one & now can't figure out how to find the template again.

And I may have gotten the downloads to work but are just unable to find the design I'm looking for. I used it for this site & am not finding it again:

(and, no, this isn't an effort to get customers for my website - this is not a worthwhile market for what I do)

Any ideas to help me on this? Thx!
