Popup placeholders strange behavior

Hi! Can't figure is it normal or not. The problem is:
1. Make 2 (or more) links with popup placeholders.
2. Paste a <div> code in the placeholders.
3. Only first of them works properly (as I expect). And you'll see why if you look in the final code of the exported page.
You can see it in the attached sample. I tried it in Designer Pro 7 and also in Web Designer MX.
