I have another question, I have a couple older websites build with Frontpage 2003, hosted on my server account,is there a possibility that I can open a Frontpage website and edit a page with my Designer Pro 7 ?

No you can't. Frontpage sites are in Frontpage format, Xara sites are in Xara format. Totally different.
Designer Pro 7 can't open HTML files or pages created by other editors because DP7 isn't a HTML editor. But you can import the graphics and then copy the text into DP7 and re create the site that way.
The new Web Designer MX Premium however, can import web pages and retain almost all the formatting exactly how it was designed (except for dynamic/fluid sites of course) though it won't retain links or other special elements. But it gives you a significant head-start for recreating the page in Web Designer.
