    Default Magix Hosting

    Hi all,

I am currently using Designer Pro 7 and getting ready to launch my first site. I am with a hosting company already but am toying with the idea of switching to Magix Hosting. Are they any good? The prices look great bit I can't seem to find any more info and they are closed on weekends in the UK.
If anyone uses them please let me know your thoughts.

As a note, this post may be on the wrong page so apologies if so, still getting used to this forum
    Many thanks,
    Tommy

I tried the free hosting with them but it didn't have php support, so that was that. My impression is their hosting wouldn't be as good as hosting with a dedicated hosting company but I suppose it depends on your needs.

I have moved this thread from the Xara Graphics chat forum to the Xara Web chat forum.

Please consider your topic and not which version of a Xara Application you are using.

Any topic about anything to do with the Web should be in this forum.

Any topic about anything to do with graphic design should be in the Graphics chat forum.

    Welcome to TalkGraphics

I have not used Magix's hosting except to try a few of their free products. You can try it out and if it works then great, if not, then move on.

A domain name is portable and can be parked anywhere.
