Right you are, sir. I was trying to Quick Reply instead of Advanced.
Yep. It's a strange one all right. I get exactly the same results.
I have a question about the fill. It shows as a flat fill,
Aha. Mystery solved!!!
You applied Noise with the Live Effects Tool which frequently adds an outline to objects. Let me see what I can do here.

OK. Here's what you need to do.
Create a rectangle the same size 128 x 128px. Center the rectangle over the bitmap then send it to the back.
Select both and Arrange > Apply Clipview. Et voila!
I'm off to have cocktails.

Thanks, Gary. Enjoy that cocktail!
I'm glad you got it sorted, I wondered if you had done something extra with your square. I couldn't reproduce the problem when I tried because I was just trying to export or make a copy of a plain square.

Autocorrect: It can be your worst enema.
The reason for the strange behaviour is the live effect on the image. it seems to add some pixel. (edit ah: gwpriester already mentioned that :-) ) if you lock it or make a bitmap duplicate then you see it is 130pix. after making duplicate bitmap or after locking the effect just resize it to 128.
I think it is a bug.
It is a bug. But one that has been around to have become an old friend.
