Is there a way to add an interactive end user Drag & Drop feature in Xara?

Greetings all.

I've been tasked to develop a site containing a simple, interactive map where the user can drag elements from a side bar - (cars, barricades, pedestrians and other props); and place them the map and move them around at will. This result is probably obtainable using Actionscript in Flash. I avoid (too cerebral for a graphic designer like me), so whenever I can; I stick with Xara.

Is this feature tucked away somewhere in Xara's deep little bag of tricks?

The short answer is "No". As you've guessed you need some programming - javascript or flash.
