Does any one know of a tutorial or a video that shows how to create a web page from scratch, instead of using a template.

I moved your thread to the Xara Web Design Chat forum.

Under the Help menu, select Movies. This takes you to the Xara.com support page where you will find videos on various aspects of Web Designer. Have a look, they are very helpful and will get you off on the right foot.
