Gears
Here is a little project that I just finished tonight. I also got this image from an illustrator tutorial. I don't follow the tutorials because illustrators tools are too cumbersome. I just download the image and created using the tools and Xara. I think it's an interesting piece, I hope you like it.

Ah rats! I clicked on it hoping to see those lovely gears rotating!!! Only after I looked did I spot it was a jpg and not a gif. But in my opinion it's a very smooth, well executed image with plenty of depth

I'm impressed! Nicely done Paul. Frank, maybe animating those gears could be another project for Paul down the road.

It certainly could - it's a beautifully done drawing, animating it would probably make a very heavy GIF, don't know if it would be better to do it as a SWF. Either way, I hope you find the time to do it Paul, it'd make a heck of an avatar!!
