    not where grand-daughters are concerned - tell her from me, cute, the tongue out, it cool too

    @FRANK

    creative process : attached is the doodle that brought forth the loveheart monster - note 'she' is on a chair [I was listening to Joni Mitchell - iguanas were involved in the music as I recall] - anyhow late at night in a rush could I heckas get the chair half right, so I took the traditional cartoonists way out when you can't draw something: don't; leave it out; draw something else - ah I know, a fence! I can draw them.. and now a whole scenario is blossoming out with, I might add a rather worrying urge to draw a caricature of Les Dawson ..

    I'm not sure it fits the category, but I will give it a try anyway.

    Ah, well, errm, yes.

    I really wanted to stay away from 3D rendering apps (unless you use Xara 3D!) and see what you can come up with using just Xara's drawing tools, but I should have said so in my original post. My fault

    Is that an apple pie or a blackberry pie?

    Yeah, I keep forgetting there's a whole bunch of non-Xara forums on TG

    My apologies Frank. I might have guessed that you intended Xara-only. Now, with the obvious exception of the mask, everything else was done in Xara, mainly triggered by Frances' tutorial on fractal clouds and fractal plasma.

    As for the pie - tarte-tatin ?
