Default View rotation handles when zoomed in on a selection.

This request applies particularly when adjusting imported bitmaps ... particular scans or PDFs with embedded bitmaps.

I often receive large scans (11x17) of drawings which are off-kilter or for some other reason need to be rotated. If the portion of the scan that needs to be realign is small or blurry the user has to zoom in very close. Unfortunately, when the image is double-clicked the rotation handles are not visible (and possibly the Transformation Center) and you can't interactively rotate the selection with precision.

It would be great if somehow the rotation handles could appear while zoomed in. Additionally, have a way to relocate the Transformation Center.

John that scenario is exactly why I use the multiple view feature. You can easily have both at full screen and click the tabs to switch is active.

yeh, but it requires some pretty good hand-eye coordination.
