Open Pop Ups in Expanded Mode

Using Design Pro 7. I am inserting popup photos and when the photos are clicked there is a square arrow shape on the bottom right with "expand to actual size (f)". Is there a way to make the photo open in expanded mode.

It does this when the broswer window is not big enough and depends on each users browser window size if you want it to pop up for all broswers you may have to make it smaller e.g 500 pix as the browser often has the favourites pinned to it making the window more smaller than the monitor size otherwise would allow
