I'm looking for a solution to display the content of a PDF as a web page or a part of a web page.
So that i only have to upload a PDF(newsbrief) and don''t have to change the newsbrief page.

I think that, providing the visitor has Adobe Reader installed, all you have to do is link to the file. Most have it installed but you can add a link to Adobe for those that don't.

Thanks Drwyd,
That's not what i mean.
The content of the PDF must be shown on the page and not opened as a PDF in acrobat reader.
Yup, that's what happens

Generally this is not a good idea.
You should be able to design a page, use an iFrame and display the PDF in it.
Take care, Mike
Do have a sample of an iFrame, i'm using WebDesigner 6.

PDF is intended for print not web display.
The problems you will encounter are that you have no control over how a visitor to your site has their PC setup to handle PDF files or indeed if they even have a PDF reader with browser plugin installed. Visitors may be using Windows/OSX or Linux or any one of the currently available browsers to visit your site all of which may handle PDF differently to how you intend.
However, many PDF files can be opened in Web Designer and then exported as .html, while this is an extra step or two, it will ensure that the original content is shown in a browser friendly display format.
