    Default travel site

    hi!!
i am building a travel site for my country.
it will have many pages (about 1500+) because i have many cities, hotel in this cities etc...
my first problem is the size. is xwd capable to handle all this pages?
    is there a solution?creating subdirectories?
maybe creating the template and using a cms program?
another problem is that i want the ability to rate hotels and leave comments
will the page increase its width automatically?can i find widgets for that?
i dont want e commerce site or booking site, just this.

XWD is not suitable for your application. I would use some other software, perhaps a templated solution linked to a CMS.

There are loads of systems out there, few as versatile as XWD, but more amenable for use with a CMS.

I don't know the latest trends in template based systems, but virtually all CMS systems are based on templates that can either be bought, or changed, or bespoke designs created and these systems often have commerical shop software that can work with them.

You should probably be looking at Joomla/Wordpress/Modx/..

XWD is certainly convenient, but not at all suitable for a huge site with social interaction.

my big problem is not social interaction.
maybe i will not include it.
my main problem is the size of the site.
lots of pages will be static.
its not difficult for me to add or remove hotels tha want to advertise in my site.
my problem is that xwd slows down.
    thanks for your information
