text bolding not appearing on the internet

Xara Web Designer Premium is not cooperating with me. It is not publishing the text to the internet as I have created it. I have attached two images, one from the web and one from Xara. I am using Times New Roman on the top and Verdana for the rest. Any ideas?

Sorry, I do not see how to erase this thread - the website looks okay a couple of hours later. I had refreshed the page, emptied the cache etc but it was not looking correct. Could it be how often my isp refreshes their connection?
