Getting URL onto site

I just finished building my first site with this program and want to publish it. I have the domain for it but don't know how to get my website and URL together. Any help would be appreciated.

Just fought this fight yesterday. Click "file/publish website" A box comes up. the FTP Host address is the same as your dedicated ip address. The FTP User name and ftp password are the ones you set up with your hosting service
when you signed up for hosting, and the web site URL is the web address to the site you are creating. The host address = the dedicated IP was info I got from my service provider (and was my problem!) Luck!
