    @Drwyd: that was one I was not expecting! You made me look pretty good as the Mona Lisa!

    @ Steve: Nice to see some of your cartoon critters! I think you broke the easel as part of it is still stuck to the canvas! When you find the rest you are gonna need some glue!

    I love the paint drips James. Surprisingly enough I have been working on a similar idea. I was trying to do a still life for this challenge but I still don't have it finished, so instead I went with another plan but my paint drips aren't as good as the ones James did.

    thanks - liquid colour for distorting the lineart - and a 'bulge effect' for the 'smear'

    Thanks, but I can't take full credit for the drops, they were a plug-in. At least yours were original.

    Fun idea... a blank canvas just begs for something to be painted thereupon... I tend to like the whimsical ideas best.
