Off center

I just made a website and went to publish it. I previewed it and everything looks nice but when I upload the site my drop menu icons do not show and everything is off center. I went back and locked everything but it's still off centered and no drop menu. The placeholder shows but I still cannot get my text centered. Any ideas why? I am using filezilla to upload.

Opps, my bad. I am using Xara Web Designer 7 premium, this is the first time using this program as I usually use Dreamweaver. My title bar, shapes, and pictures do not come up either, they are on the left side of the webpage marked what looks like placeholders. My Menu and submenus also appear do not appear, they are on the lower left hand as placeholders also.

Have you added third party code to the Xara generated HTML ? This can often cause problems.
