paste not working - 'all layers/objects editable'

this may have been mentioned [I may have already mentioned it myself ]........

XPGD7: the 'all layers/objects editable' button on the page and layer gallery only appears to release the bottom layer to the clipboard

so if for example you have three layers locked - when you activate the button, only the object on the lowest stack level selected gets pasted after copy or cut [other operations eg duplicate do not seem affected]

a particular problem when cut/pasting as things can get completely lost.....

As far as I can tell, happens in XDP7 too. XDP6 works. Assuming I did the above correctly <g>.
