Maya qoute: "The fat juicy seals (as Risto refers to them )" ...

--- NO! That's what I think of them... If I actually verbalized it... I would be sleeping on the couch downstairs for almost a whole night...

I'm however quite sure that I'm the only one that has ever written: "Now slice and dice your seal pup (A Canadian Xara X1 term…)" -- in a graphics tutorial! http://www.xaraxone.com/guest/guest39/index.html

Great shots, Maya! That Sony camera seems to be a great fit for you!

    Wow Mr. Ed...

I learn something new everyday. Oklahoma has tame (as can be) Beasties and it isn't as flat as Kansas... (that has to be the worst state to drive across on the interstate, looks the same coming or going.)

Nice Buffalo. What part of Oklahoma is this shot taken ?

    John,
They aren't THAT tame ... they just tend to ignore us silly humans I agree about Kansas.

    Bruce,
The Buffalo are at the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge near Lawton, OK ... about 90mi SW of Oklahoma City. Mt. Scott just happens to be in the same vicinity. You can see more pics in the "Shutter-Babies" thread.

I really gotta get out and get some shots of some buffalo, or maybe some American Bison... At least before the roundup... Maybe I can find some beefalo around here if I can not find the others...
