Thumbnails for pop up photos do not appear after export.

I have read the html file and the usual html for a pop up is there, links, img src, etc. Plus both thumbs and full size are in the image folder, yet I get nothing from the file in the browser. I am stumped with this.

Do you use Xara's uploader, or do you use a separate ftp program to upload? Do you have a link to the url to look at or can you post the file?
