I have a client that wants me to take the web page I've designed and install flash so that the page flickers with static every 15 seconds or so. Is this possible with Web Designer 6?

if you hit him quite hard with a baseball bat he may see the page flicker with static every 15 seconds or so and the rest of us will see it as it's supposed to be seen
