Mouse over on Navigation bar

I'm using WD6 I am trying to set the navigation bar so that when the mouse is over a particular word in the nav' bar another navigation / toolbar opens. At present I can only get it to open by clicking of the word in the nav' bar. Can I do it with just mouse over.

This should happen automatically. If you create a sub menu, then you will get a flyout or drop down or pop up depending on how you specify it.

Click the main menu item that you want to trigger the sub menu and click the Add button. Then link as you want.
