Additional Fonts - AI CS5

We receive AI files containing fonts that aren't in our arsenal.
Is there some grouping of fonts that you download / purchase?

You can buy fonts from all over the place and download free ones. They aren't "special" AI fonts. You just install FONTS onto the computer then AI can use them.

When this happens to me I:

Look for free versions/Ask client to change text to shapes/Ask client to supply fonts/Ask client to pay for me to buy fonts.
