Why don't you just dump the SEO company and find an SEO specialist that uses Xara? Sounds to me that's what you need to do

Frankly if they were even half-competent they would have bought a copy of WD (not expensive) and hey-presto, they SEO your site and any other Xara-designed sites, they're useless, dump them
If someone tried to make me dig my own grave I would say No.
They're going to kill me anyway and I'd love to die the way I lived:

I have a number of websites designed using webdesigner and they are on the first page for their chosen keywords and in some cases number one, I have a clients website about 3rd or 4th place on google for their keyword and I am not talking about high word count keywords like 'pvc van covers in leeds' but things like 'van covers'. These guys are just blowing hot air. As suggested above if they were competent in the least they would have purchased webdesigner and done what they needed to do.

An excellent plan for Marty Mc Fly. Wind the clock back and totally ignore the modern world.

The internet and marketing doesn't just around Google and SEO. Look up "social networks" - the new frontier for marketing that doesn't rely on Google.
