New website opinions and feedback

Hello all. I've just uploaded my new website xcitez.com and am looking for feedback and ideas on how it could be improved. The design was done in DP7, though the site is Drupal based.
Feel free to upload screenshots of your designs/drawings/instructional videos etc. May be good exposure for you and Xara, and it's free.

What part of your site exactly did you create with DP7? Just askin'

Design was created in DP7. Had to use Drupal for the functionality.

Why could you not have done it in DP7? Then you could design, create graphics, edit photos, and publish your site all under one roof, so to speak.

The site is based on a social media platform allowing users to upload, edit their profiles, comment on other profiles etc. If I could have done it in DP7 rest assured I would have.
Maybe Xara will evolve into this type of functionality one day, shopping cart etc.
Some of my other sites, such as actionitcs.com was created and published in DP7.
By the way, I have been using Xara since it's initial release by Corel back in the early 90's or thereabouts.

I like the chrome logo at the top, i'm obsessed with drawing chrome, how did you do that?

Chrome is a reflective surface, so what you see when you look at chrome is a reflection of whatever is in front of it.
Find a photo, blur or distort it slightly. Put your text, object over the photo and combine shapes - intersect shapes.
Add an extrusion for depth. Takes a bit of fiddling to get the right photo.
Alas, in this instance I was lazy, and used the Alien Skin Eye Candy plugin.

If you have latest version of drupal you can simply edit photos, content easily.
