Web site on mobiles

Hello My web sites open properly on desktop and laptop computers, however they aren't opening on mobiles and smart phones. (They used to open on mobiles) Any idea what has happened please.

Not sure why this is happening but mobile devices work differently. For example, there is no mouse over for buttons, so sometimes you have to tap twice to activate a button.
