What a cool use of the french curve shape Rich. Well done.

Here is an image. You can drop it into the crurve drawing and make a PNG image. Then set the rotation point at the bottom and rotate copies. I made a gitmap copy of the result and sliced it in half. Then deleted the top half and duplicated the bottom and flipped up to the top position. The flipped the top again. This gets rid of the non overlap.
