Guide Control, can anyone tell me?

I've tried everything suggested to this point with no success. I'm including 2 screen shots of the problem. Maybe it's time to go to Xara tech support. Any additional thoughts appreciated. Thanks

First of all I thank you guys for attempting to assist me with this. I finally contacted and received a response from Xara. My explanation was a bit flawed. The marks are multi-page enclosures not the 0 location at the upper left of the page. I finally went in, deleting the background on the page itself, and from there I could zero out and correct the inconsistent numbers I was getting on my multipage graphics placement. If I'd had any idea of what I was doing at the beginning this would not have become an issue, because when you create pages they should always zero out at the top left. Then in properties set left to right and (for me) downward. Again yer the best.
