3D text editting problem

hello guys,I downloaded the template and here is the preview of original text

problem is that whevener i try to edit the main text,it appears like as under image{link}

please help me how can i create such 3d effect?help me i really will owe you thanks

Perhaps someone will help you with the text problem. I am not sure I really understand your question/problem.

By the way, the bottom image has "Performances" misspelled.
