Hi, I'm also new here and new to Painter6 (as of 1/1/01). I was introduced to Painter via Wacom with Painter Classic and was enthralled. Now I'm beyond enthralled, and very glad to find a site such as this.

Welcome to Painter. It's great to hear that you've moved to Painter 6. Did you happen to get an upgrade from Corel using Painter Classic? If so, this is wonderful! So many people are popping up lately, owners of Painter Classic who want to upgrade to Painter 6.

This is a really nice forum with good and talented people, and there are lots of other Painter groups scattered around, too, where you can meet great people and get questions answered, sometimes by several people at once. If you want to know about some of them, and learn about additional resources, let me know and I'll send you a list. It never hurts, when learning Painter, to know where the experts are.
