Use image for background or pasteboard?

Hello, I have a 1200 x 1200 image I want to use as a background for all the page of my site. I there any way to use it as a pasteboard or backdrop. I cannot find a command that allows me to do this. Any trick or recommendation?

make image a bmp / png and simply drag an drop it onto background of your webpage holding ctrl whilst doing so.
