New site just uploaded today, please comment

Hi guys and gals!

Just completed this site this morning and uploaded it today. It was a nice simple job for a 3 page site, no frills but they wanted something nice. I usually have problems doing sites with very little content but I do enjoy complete freedom to design, the brief for this was "three pages, home, service, contact, orange and black and grey"

Once again I hope you guys enjoy the site and any comments are more than welcome as usual.

Looks good to me. Not sure if the menu is not a little too important though. Considering as you say, there are only three pages and one of those is contact info.

I think it is awesome. Outstanding job. Simplicity in design and superb use of dramatic colors. The menu might be superfluous, but I've heard that SEO points are deducted if you don't have links to your other pages on the "Home" page. But I could be wrong.

The reason for the menu is simple, if I had just the poloroid photos navigation some people may not understand how to navigate the site, hence the presence of the 'Menu'. In terms of SEO I think links are important on all the pages.

once again I must say: "great job" ... I like websites with a dark style!

Just one question: how did you realise the menu to "fly in" on mouse over?

thanks, I just created a one button navigation menu, then created the three sub menus.

Good looking site. I like how you did the menu but suggest you make the menu poloroids smaller so that they are more in proportion with the rest of the page.

thanks john, I just spotted that, the site's not really live yet (not promoted yet) so hopefully only the guys on talkgraphics have seen it. I will get that changed straight away.

Correct on the text links. and I agree the site is nice and clean. Menu could be a bit smaller.
