Newbie needs help

New to XARA FLASH, following the basic insructions to create first flash ani. I made the the two frames with objects moving and growing but in swf preview there is no tweening - just jumping from one frame to the other.

Also, how to name frames? When clicking the arrow in the selector bar I see no feature to name a frame.

Following instructions but what am I missing?

CORRECTION to previous post: I meant to say how do I name OBJECTS, not frames.

to name object right click and select names [there are other ways]
