anyone has BLOW UP 2 for CS5? I need a favor

I wanted to see if maybe someone can blow this image i have original size is about 300px. Can someone please do me the favor to resize the image to maybe 1200x1300??

What size is the original image?

If the original image is this size, at 300dpi it will go down to 40dpi at 1200 pixels.

It's as included above, I would think. The OP wants it to go from 330x324 to 1200x1300 ( I won't comment on the ratio).

So I guess Blow Up 2 is an upscaling filter.

it's an alien skin plugin for CS3 and later photoshop - there is a 15 day free trial

[if that there jpeg is all you have you are going to have to make compromises 2003ubaldo - presumably you want rid of the artifacts, best way in this instance would be to add grain I think [whilst keeping the other three settings lowish] which dithers them out so to speak, otherwise it's the usual trade off whereby removing artifact starts to remove texture also, and there is no setting that really works in this instance, it's not a magic bullet ....]

Thank you all for your help. The picture i upload is 330px by 324 at 200PPI i would like to atleast have it resize at 1200px and keep the PPI or DPI at 200.

If you can maybe show me some samples i would appreciate it.

Use XARA

import the file into Xara - resize - export image set dpi as required.

Xara does a magnificent job resizing jpgs.
