At comm100 you can set up free live chat (includes monitor so you can watch people browse your webpages i real time) ticket support system, forums, knowledge base, email marketing and integrate them all. I can see that :-) But I really like it. I use volusion shopping cart and they charge $30 a month for one operator (live chat).

I think that it is ok for a member to recommend a site or software they use but I think we should have a 'Recommendation' section to the forum thereby we can avoid such situations.
