Default Use Nav Bar on non-xara website

Used to use Webstyle to make navbars for websites built in other programs.
Since that program is discontinued, I want to use XDP7 to make those navbars.

If I put a bar on a blank page, it exports with the blank page but the menu code is specific to that page (locked to a position on the page, etc) and that does not work in the other programs.

How can I export the nav bar for use in other web pages?

Note: I have copied/pasted content from exported page, uploaded the images, css, roe.js, etc. I can get the menu to the correct pixel setting for Height (50) but can not get the menu to align to left of page. It always goes to the middle of the page. I have set the navbar on the left side of the page in XDP7.

Xara Menu Maker would make a good alternative: http://www.xara.com/products/menumaker/

Thanks for the link to cssmenubuilder Have bookmarked it for future reference. I decided to use CoffeeCup's free DHTML menu builder (no images, more seo friendly) for this particular project.

Years ago, I chose WebStyle4 and bought all the optional packs instead of Xara's Menu Builder because it offered more choices.
Xara was promoting Web Designer as a replacement for Webstyle 4 so it is very disappointing to find out the "replacement" can not do what the original did.
