Problem with preview web page, preview web site and export web site. Please help!!

Hi,
I am a new user of Web Designer 7 Premium.

Each time I try to preview web page, preview web site or export web site, I get an error message saying "Unable to find the filter to import that file with"

I would be very gratefull if anyone could help.

Hi Paula, welcome to Talkgraphics.

If you have Web Designer 7 Premium open, close it.

Right click the desktop icon and select Run as administrator from the popup menu. You will only need to do this once.

Let us know if this does not correct the problem.
