Javascript in HTML link?

I have a link I need to use:
<a href="http://fuelsr.com/contact.htm" onclick="NewWindow(this.href,'mywin','408','458',' no','center');return false" onfocus="this.blur()">Contact Us!</a>
and I want a graphic to have this link.
I can't seem to get it to work using DP7. Am I out of luck?

If you have updated to v7 there's no need to name for the placeholder as you can put the code in the Page head directly now.
