    For those with no experience...
I just spent 5 months trying every editor from popular to obscure, My personal opinion is...
    eversoft.com .. 1st page 2000 for html editing
its extremely easy and has lots of pre designed features such as scripts and forms, mouse over etc ( full version totally free!)...
    3dize.com Cool pages for wysiwyg....
imports html as a object, supports frames actions mouseover and has a built in gallery to see your art just drag and drop! it also has a meta generating wizard.
Very easy but does have a coolpage tag in html
you have to prune out!(three versions standard free, pro $28.00, webmaster $78.00 I think thats correct)...
Now who knows the easest least expensive feature loaded graphics editors?
