Does anyone know where I can find some specific royalty free clipart?

Specifically I'm looking for artwork, preferably photographic, similar to that used in 1950's b movie horror flick posters, the housewife with her hands by her mouth screaming sort of clipart.

If I can't find something, I may have to shoot the images myself, but I have no idea where to find 1950's era clothing and hairstyles without dropping a lot of cash.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
