vital bugs in DP 7.1.1

1. clicking up to 3 pixels outside an object doesn't select the object behind it, not true in previous version of 7(this causes major headache for all types of users)
2. entire os input and desktop is locked down while dp7 starts up..xp sp3 and win7 home sp1 x64

[1] is not a bug. It's a new feature to make selecting fine lines on large res monitors easy. You can press Alt to drill down or go to line view to select the other object behind :-)
