How did you post it on your FB page?

I would think Dan created a facebook app, created a tab; called it welcome and pointed the iframe to the html on his server. This can all be done within the developers section of facebook> http://developers.facebook.com/docs/guides/canvas/

By the way Dan, that is very good indeed, professional like some of the larger companies use on their welcome pages. Well done

I would really like to see it bu I'm unable to open it and it just takes me to my facebook page.
