Web site title

When I save a web site in WD6, it requests that the home page is called INDEX. Then, INDEX appears in the tabs on the browser. Other web sites have their own name coming up on the tab. How can I set this so my site does the same. For example, my site www.visitbirmingham.co.uk comes up as INDEX on the tab where I would like it to come up as Visit Birmingham. Hope you can help.

In WD6 I think it is under Utilities >> Web Properties >> Page Tab - Page Title.

Hey guys
I was wondering how you add a logo to your website title or header, like for instance in the upper left corner of this website heading is the yellow and black WD logo. It is also there in the browser bar. I wasn't sure if that was done through css or through html coding. Any help would be great.
