Yes... and I have a directory that has a lot of different Materials in it. I just use the Append function to load the Material in and then it will show up in the list of available ones. No use reinventing the wheel. (there are so many settings, it sometimes seems impossible to reinvent it sometimes)

Append to the rescue.

Ok Need some help here I created an object, and I want to bring it into a scene I am creating can I append the entire object? I tried selecting my blend file for the object I want to bring into my scene, but when I clicked the apppend button nothing was imported into my scene? obviously I'm missing something??
