i cant make a flash site but from templates i have seen this one was mainly used for webhosting. if you do a search on google you will find all kinds of templates for flash that are sorta plug and play. if you are doing a ecommerce thing. why not use oscommerce? it is based on php nuke and is plug and play. lots of support and anyone that can use a computer can use this software. give it a look at. you will be surprised at how easy it is. it is also open source so you can make any changes to it. you can use paypal and other gateways for processing payments.
