full site template not loading....?

If I choose the template that I want and drag the website over to the window, should the entire site not open in the window for editing. It is only opening the first page.

When saving what is the best option?

It would greatly aide in providing assistance if you would let us know which version you are using.

Saving as the programs default (.xar or .web) filetype is the only and best option. You must have the default file if you wish to make edits/changes at a later time.

Use the Export website option to create a working and publishable site.

If you are using Web Designer 7, Web Designer 7 Premium, or Designer Pro 7 you will see only the first page within the drawing area. You access the other pages of the template in the Page & Layer Gallery. You can turn on multiple page view by right clicking within the work area and select that option from the popup menu.
