Can't Add Photos to page

Hello - I just downloaded Design Premium 7. I am trying to dran and drop photos to my new web page, but I cannot - I get the universal symbol - circle with the line through it. I can drag and drop on the Introduction site, and I can replace photos in the gallery pages (that already exist). But why can't I add photos to any page?

All of a sudden it's working - I have no idea why. Thanks to all those who viewed.
