Can you import a html site to WD7 and redesign

I currently have an existing site, I can't determine how to load in WD7. I tried help under the import search, but didn't get a clear answer. What is the best way to acheive this with WD7?

You can't do this. Xara Web Designer is not a HTML editor.
You can import the graphics from the HTML (this is what the HTML Import is for) but not that actual HTML code and layout.
Unlike Dreamweaver and the like, WD is a graphical page layout tool which writes the HTML when you publish it.
There's no internal HTML for you to edit before you publish either.
You can add some HTML snippets via placeholders, but not whole/complete pages written in HTML.
