Expand to actual size (f)

Hi,

I've created a gallery and when viewed in the browser there are controls to move backwards and forwards or to close the current image which all work fine. However, there's also a button that says "expand to actual size (f)" which I'd like to be available but its grayed out.

Can anyone please tell me how I go about enabling it? Help doesn't seem to cover this.

This control is only active when the popup photo is not shown at full (actual) size in the browser window because the browser window is smaller than the full (actual) size image.
If the browser window is larger than the full (actual) size of the image, then it will be greyed out because there is nothing left to expand.
